I did the audiobook for Good Me Bad Me by Ali Land. “Millie’s mother is a serial killer. She made Millie watch. And Millie turned her in. So Millie lives with a foster family now. But things are not much better...” Another book from my #backlist Millie is a great character. You ache for the horror she experienced as a child. And it is pure horror. But Millie has a darrkkk side. And she is willing to do things to make sure her life is better. And whatever it takes to keep her mother in jail. Book had a couple of slow spots but great finish. Great book if you like a character with secrets. And Millie has plenty.
