Taxilla is the original akuma @sillysiluriforme created for the hypothetical Origins comic! (Yeah, we did away with Stoneheart lololol. Suck rocks, Ivan) His backstory is that he's a taxi driver who got akumatized over traffic.

turns out that turning people into akumas requires immense clarity when you speak to the recipient. if you say the name wrong, or are imprecise when you explain their powers, you get basically exactly what you ask for. like when hawk moth turned sabrina into banisher, whose sole power was instantly moving anyone she pointed at exactly outside city limits, or when he turned manon into muppeteer whose powers exclusively worked on jim henson's creations
