Parvo might accidentally made Stary Paint/Seal a senti-monster when Mothra told him not too. Don’t worry, Mothra forgave Parvo

Story of Akumatization: Glowy is a marine biologist in Water Land working on a aquarium in Starr Park, he was known for making fun facts about sea creatures, but also known to have an drastic appearance according to most people. One day, a group of bullies came and bullied him until he was completely p!ssed and punches one of the bullies really hard. That made him guilty, and rans away full of remorse.
