What a great day today. I had been asked my @ajepyx, a talented directed and my oldest friend of 30 years, to participate in a documentary being put together by him, @albertjalbanese and @universal_puzzle_piece, in which they tackle the fallacies of the #fitnessindustry as pertains to the general public - of which there are many. Chances are I even might've fallen for some of them when I was younger. Andre filmed my entire workout today and Tomas interviewed me over lunch after we were done. I'll probably sit down with Tomas one more time when he's ready so we can discuss today's training routine.
