This definitely finished me off for the week Lisa!! 😘 👉🏼 Breakdown: We started with the goblet squats for 50 seconds, then added on each of the next 7 moves one round at a time for a total of 8 rounds. We finished with one more set each of dumbbell rows (l & r) and chest presses for about a 50 minute killer strength workout.
