I decided to make a son and daughter for them cause they're cute :3

Not entirely sure about their outfits, but yeah.

● — || 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐏𝐓 𝐈𝐍 , 𝐀𝐀𝐍𝐆 had [ [ promised ] ] her the day before that she would get to rest now that baby number two was on the way . Instead , [ [ just ] ] as the sun peeked beyond the mountains and shone into their bedroom , the sound of their first - born's voice came [ [ bellowing ] ] into their room . She loved him , but sleep felt like a thing not destined for her as long as Bumi had so much energy this early in the morning .

In the background , she could hear her husband's steps running after their son while Katara scrunched her nose then [ [ deliberately ] ] dragged herself upward into a sitting position . As quick as the breeze on the sea , Aang came rushing in after the toddler , drawing Katara's eyes up to him with a smile as bright as the sun he mirrored .

❛ Bumi , what did I - ! ❜ A sheepish smile played on his lips as Aang rubbed the back of his neck , his voice softening as his eyes saw the sight of his forever girl . ❛ Oh - hey , Katara . ❜

❝ Hey , Aang . ❞ She whispered , while she moved her messy dragon braid over her shoulder . Aang's steps carried him closer to Bumi until he [ [ lowered ] ] himself onto the edge of their bed beside her . He leaned over and kissed the crown of her head , laughter floating through his words .

❛ Sorry , sweetie . He really wanted to tell you something . ❜

❝ It's alright , Aang . ❞ She replied , sleep still [ [ clinging ] ] to her voice , smiling lovingly at his kiss . ❝ I'm sure whatever he has to tell me is very important . ❞ Katara pulled her left knee to her chest , while her right leg bent beneath her . She looked down at Bumi , smiling tenderly as his words found their home in her heart .

❝ You're certainly up early , aren't you , kuluk ? ❞ Katara laughed a little as she gently pulled her son towards the bed and [ [ engulfed ] ] him in a hug bigger than the ocean . She nuzzled her nose into his mess of curls , closing her eyes .

❝ I love you too , Bumi . ❞

"While that does sound tempting, I don't think that would go over well." Izumi was always cautious to do anything similar to what her paternal grandfather would have done. No need to repeat such an awful cycle for the Fire Nation.

  ❝𝓨ou know... I have my doubts.❞ Opal joked in return, proudly holding up her glider that was gifted to her by her family. It was a lovely piece that reminded her of home in each and every detail. As well as the quite literal uplifting feeling of her becoming stronger and exploring what life had to offer. However, it outshone the one Bumi had by a landslide— at least in her eyes. She always had a soft spot for the colour green. ❝But keep telling yourself that, Bumi. Anything to help you sleep at night.❞

“I'll NEVER go play hide and seek with you EVER again ! ! EVVAH, EVVAAAHHHH ! !”
