Her gaze lifted as she gave a shy smile before she quickly brightened. The air around her seemed to brightened and she couldn't help but bounce a little. "I hope so too. I want to meet more of your family. They're so wonderful." She giggled. "And if I'm lucky they'll consider me a friend. She sighed happily as she looked at Hatori and softened. "Especially if they're as wonderful as you are.. I'm sure it'll be wonderful to meet them."

You would think this is a deep quote from a famous artist or writer or even philosopher, but no, it’s a line from fucking Detective Dick Gumshoe in the Ace Attorney series.

"I believe that all of us will make it out of here. We all make a wonderful team after all~" When she said all of us, she gestured a bit towards the others in their little alliance. Even though she spoke the words, a part of her had doubts. She was doing her best to ignore those concerns since she felt that she needed to try to believe in the best possible outcome, almost as though trying to do so enough would manifest it into reality.

She then slowly held out her hand for them to shake on it. There hadn't been any written contract and honestly Dez trusted Shigure to give her a fair price when it came to purchasing her works. "I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Perhaps they'll even want to use it for a movie poster when that time comes~" A bit ahead of himself, but at least he was motivated about this project compared to some others.
