Ace Headcanon

One of the main ways to see Ace light up is listening to him talk about his loved ones. This is often seen when he speaks about Luffy. There are times that this can be seen with Sabo, but there tends to be more sadness when it comes to him. There is a tinge of that happiness when he speaks of Makino and Dadan too. He also generally has this sense of happiness when he speaks of his crewmates with perhaps a bit of bias to those that had joined the Spade Pirates.

Kotatsu (the lynx from the Spade Pirates) continued to travel with him closely until they eventually met Kotatsu's family (who he was separated from by poachers). This was a challenging moment for both, but it seemed like the best fit especially with Ace wanting to go after Blackbeard. This happened sometime prior to him meeting with Luffy on Alabasta.

"It won't matter, they'd find something to pick on if we didn't." Well, he's sure they did with him whenever they got the chance. He's unsure if they go after Mystery at all really. Maybe him saying that is confirmation? Maybe not, maybe it was just a warning?

Whatever the case, he's sure the pink duo will come with the teasing at some point.

"Hmm, I can see it." If past lives are a thing. He's unsure if it is or not, but it's a funny thought. His hair style does remind Baby of a shaggy dog in a way so he can easily visualize that.

"Can you even see properly through all that hair?"

The other demon made a good point. While Mystery Saja wouldn't admit it, he was impressed at how good the other Saja Boys were at coming up with things to pick on. No compliments needed since he didn't want to boost their egos anymore.

He wasn't the target of their teasing as much as Baby was (at least in his opinion) so he would trust the other's judgment on that.

"I can see well enough." Not quite an answer to the question asked. Was anything that the demon did ever really proper though? Thankfully his hair style seemed to add to the mysterious vibes that he was in charge of for the group.

Boruto Headcanon

Boruto is relatively oblivious to the hardships that his parents went through in the past. He is aware of the war and all the lives lost. He knows that his dad grew up lonely, but he doesn't quite understand the extent of that loneliness until he's older. Not when he sees how many fans/friends his dad has now, which makes it hard to think of a time when the village hated him. Some of that disconnect contributes to him being so harsh with his dad.

He is also pretty clueless about the harshness of the Hyuga Clan, although he gets a hint of how tough the training is when he thought his Byakugan awakened.

A lot of this is due to his parents wanting to protect him from what they could and not wanting to dwell too much on the unpleasant times.

The seat belt was quickly off once they were parked, although she waited for Alex to grab her purse before opening the car door. "Probably as soon as she gets home from work and sees that neither of us are there." So they probably had at least two hours since that was when her shift was supposed to end. Knowing just the right way to get to someone was a skill he had developed over the years. Sometimes he would simply provoke people for his own amusement. "It is rare for one to keep me amused that long."

"I can't complain." It was much better than things he had done in the past. "I suppose I was rather lucky to get this opportunity." He definitely preferred the path he took than those that the players had.

Shika Headcanon

Shika is most often noted to resemble a brunette version of her mother, often due to wearing her hair in a similar manner. With her hair down, her resemblance to her father is more obvious.

She takes great pride in caring for a plant that her Uncle Gaara gave her. It was a start from one of his own plants and is a way for her to have a reminder of her uncles always around. She makes a big deal of it whenever her Uncles come to visit the Nara household.
