Though she wasn't too sure if it was the right play- no pun intended- it was still comforting to have strong connections in a place where lives fall apart within seconds. Now, if they were able to sway the votes and get the majority, they would be set. At the moment, they were pretty even, and only a couple of people split the difference. Geum-ja returned the hug, feeling a bit of relief at the kind gesture in such a terrifying place. While she knew this feeling couldn't last long here, not while one had to be on guard in order to survive, she also valued the chance to have even a brief moment that she wasn't worried.

"I'm glad that I met you as well." Everyone in there little group actually. The older woman had learned quite a bit from Hyun-ju and would forever be grateful for that. "I believe that all of us will make it out of here. We all make a wonderful team after all~" When she said all of us, she gestured a bit towards the others in their little alliance. Even though she spoke the words, a part of her had doubts. She was doing her best to ignore those concerns since she felt that she needed to try to believe in the best possible outcome, almost as though trying to do so enough would manifest it into reality.

"A romcom would be wonderful! And when it gets big and makes a movie adaptation I'll make sure to see it." Romcoms based on books were quite popular.. at least in the West where she was from. She grinned as she looked at Shigure and giggled softly. "Alright.. I'll make sure to come up with several editions of a cover for you so you can pick your favorite when you're ready for this." She then slowly held out her hand for them to shake on it. There hadn't been any written contract and honestly Dez trusted Shigure to give her a fair price when it came to purchasing her works. She smiled up on him. "May we work together well."

Shigure smiled, pleased that the romcom idea was a success. While he wasn't always the easiest person to collaborate with, there were times that he was open to working well with others, typically as long as it didn't involve having to limit himself. The idea of a romcom was a challenge he was intrigued by and a part of him was excited to write a concept that wasn't quite his norm.

"It would be wonderful to get a movie adaptation of one of my novels~" That was a goal that Shigure could look forward to and was actually possible considering how successful some of his author aliases were.

The author shook her hand that she held out to him. When it came to money, he wasn't exactly cheap. Not when he had his money from his work and the money that came in from the Sohma estate. Of course, he was going to need to do some research on what a good price would be since he generally left that part to his publishing company.

"I look forward to seeing what you come up with. Perhaps they'll even want to use it for a movie poster when that time comes~" A bit ahead of himself, but at least he was motivated about this project compared to some others.

Gaara Headcanon

When Gaara thinks of a parental figure, Yashamaru is who comes to mind. This was because he was the one tasked to look after the child while his father was busy being Kazekage. It was also with Yashamaru that Gaara had a bit of a decent relationship with his siblings, since Yashamaru knew how to keep things under control for their limited interactions (due to Rasa's concerns for his other children's safety).

A part of Gaara does wish he could have come across Yashamaru in the war to make amends/forgive him, but another part of him is glad that Yashamaru didn't have to become a puppet.

Debbie Headcanon

Having kids isn't a goal/dream/vision that Debbie has for her future. She'd like to take some time having a break from looking after kids (Eliza and Donnie). If she were to have kids, she'd have them a bit later in life.

Bulla Headcanon

Bulla is very headstrong, like both of her parents. She definitely inherited some of her father's pride.

Bulla does know martial arts since she is a Saiyan and her father felt she needed to know how to fight. She doesn't get too much pressure from him to get too devoted to training, just enough that she is able to protect herself if necessary. She does enjoy fighting, besides the wear it does to her clothes and messing up her hair. Those are the main reasons that she doesn't spar too often.
