it warms my heart that you, and the few people enjoy my Aethernett content but I really do feel like I'm just wasting my time with this ship sometimes...
there's so few people into it (or who even know about this ship?) mostly due to how Bennett was/is only ever relevant in meta talk or when getting shipped with Razor (prior to 5.8 at least, but we'll see how the event's story holds up in people's minds) and Aether has so many ships (duh he's one of the MCs) he has more popular options than a random 4* character who wasn't even relevant outside of events for years...so I get why that is
I'd definitely love to branch out with ships since I have others, with both Bennett and Aether & with others but I still love this ship dearly I wish more people could see the potential since I find them really cute and they're my number 1 ship but I definitely feel like I'm just making content for myself most of the time
I was going to get into some issues I have with the fandom's perception of Bennett and in general characters being shipped - but I don't think this ask is related to that so I think I'll save it for some other time even if it's loosely connected
