How to write a book, despite being a procrastinator:
Write at least one paragraph a day, or everytime you open up your document. If you can't, write one sentence.
If you don't know what to put in a spot, put in a placeholder sentence. You can go back to it later
Writing in fragments is ok, and if its out of order or messy don't worry. You can go back to it later
Take time if you can. If you can't, make certain you have time portioned out and planned before starting. Knowing you have a set time planned for at least storyboarding can get the wheels turning
If there is no due date, you can take a break from writing, just remember its OK to forget where you left off and reread what you wrote previously to catch up
Snacks should be on hand, so you don't forget to eat
Same for drinks, grab a waterbottle(or whatever) and set it next to your work station. Stay hydrated
Take breaks in general. Don't damage your eyes, go on walks if need be
Music helps, maybe not music with lots of words, but something lofi should help
