Yesterday was my first time in town after 7weeks of personal lockdown. The message is gradually sinking in. Even the congested places I saw were actually a 10th of their regular traffic. I got home more optimistic than I’d been just staying home and following the news. Well done to the government, activist groups, the media and all those who’ve contributed immensely to public education. We still have a long way to go, but yesterday, I noticed we’ve come much further than I thought. Well done. We shall overcome.
