Now this happens during one of Rhys’ chapters where he’s talking to Az about the Illyrian’s camp and we get this insight from Rhys about how Az’s shadowsingers abilities aren’t connected to the Siphons he wears, which was an interesting tidbit about Az but that’s not what struck me. What I found more interesting was how Rhys says that the Siphons are what the Illyrians use to help channel their raw killing power so they basically don’t blow up and destroy the world. What I immediately thought of was how Nesta has this great power that most certainly could destroy everything and I believe that it might have been mentioned in ACOWAR that she has a “raw killing power” as well or something along those lines (feel free to fact check me because I very well could have pulled that out of my ass) but with this line about the Siphons and the multiple times that Nesta was compared to an Illyrian in this novella I can’t help but wonder if maybe just MAYBE Nesta will get her own Siphons at some point. Especially because as we know from the teaser, she’ll be in the Illyrian mountains in the next book. I don’t know I just really kind of like this crackpot theory and don’t think it could be that far fetched? I’m just really here for a badass Nesta fucking shit up in the next book with a take no prisoners attitude so I’m all here for her strutting around the camp with her own Siphons that may even rival Cassian and Az. Plus just imagine how much that would impress Cassian and what an unbeatable force Nessian would be! Anyone else think this could be plausible? Or do you have another theory? Let me know!

I’ve loved this series since the beginning..Sarah J Maas always pulls it off whether it’s acotar or tog and I am really zazzed about her new series which will come out next year. My ratings : 4.5/5 I would give it a solid 5 but my only complaint is ,the book was so short like I completed it within mere hours. The story picks up after five months since the Hybern war was battled and won. Nothing intense or serious happens , it’s a very chill and domestic family fluff. It mainly focuses on how the characters are healing after been dealt with a lot of emotional trauma post war. Warning: spoilers ahead Feyre chooses painting to heal, Elain, gardening and baking..Nesta well let’s just say she’s drowning in her own darkness and is very critical. Coming to the ships 🚢🚢❤️❤️💕(spoilers) Rhysand and Feyre, they are well and they take a big step forward in their relationship. Yaaaass they are trying to get pregnant. I can’t wait to read about Rhys being a overbearing mother hen and all the cutesy and dramatic shit. You know how Rhys is…*sighs dramatically* Nesta and Cassian: there was a “We don’t talk anymore” situation going on between those two, Nesta becomes a one night stand person and a drunkard. Drowning in her grief and utterly trying to feel nothing. Cassian tries to persuade her but Nesta is Nesta, she rejects all the help offered to her. My favourite ship Elaine and Azriel: Yes guys the ship has sailed though it’s moving like a snail , I am here for it! Yaas itzz happening. I am a Elriel trash and I couldn’t stop gushing about them!! Asdffgghkl!!!! I even wrote Azriel x elain fanfictions !!! Lucien is still in the no talk zone with Elain. Amren is acclimatizing to being a high fae and Morrigan is dealing with herself in her own way!! That’s a long ass review. Happy reading y'all!

I get that Nesta has mental health problems rn but that doesn’t excuse that fact that she’s always generally been a shitty person. She deserves help but can people stop calling her saint and pretending like she’s just an innocent person who’s never done anything shitty?
