What have you been doing during this whole quarantine thing? My life hasn't changed a lot, since I rarely left the house to begin with. I mean, I started college, but that was at the beginning of the year, before the whole virus thing started.
I suppose I can relate to your situation. I wasn’t really one for getting out, myself. At least this gives me an excuse to be reading a lot more.

लखनऊ : प्रदेश में बढ़ते कोरोना के संक्रमण के बीच यूपी में लॉकडाउन को पूरी तरह से खत्म करने के बाद अनलॉक-4.0 के तहत अब स्कूल-कॉलेज खोलने की तैयारी है | 21 सितंबर से 9वीं से 12वीं कक्षा के छात्र कुछ शर्तों के साथ स्कूल जा सकेंगे | केंद्र सरकार की तरफ से जारी गाइडलाइंस को ध्यान में रखकर स्कूल-कॉलेज खोले जाएंगे | बता दें कि गृह मंत्रालय ने 21 सितंबर से शर्तों के साथ कुछ उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों को खोलने की अनुमति दी है | इसके तहत सिर्फ 9-12 के छात्रों को शिक्षक से सलाह लेने के लिए स्वेच्छा से जाने की अनुमति है | हालांकि, इसके लिए अभिभावकों की लिखित अनुमति होनी चाहिए |

केंद्र सरकार की गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक ही योगी सरकार अब 21 सितंबर से स्कूल-कॉलेज खोलने की तैयारी में कर रही है | स्कूलों में 21 सितंबर के बाद सिर्फ 9-12 कक्षा के छात्रों को शिक्षक से सलाह लेने के लिए स्वेच्छा से जाने की अनुमति है | इसके लिए अभिभावकों की लिखित अनुमति होनी चाहिए, जबकि 50 फीसदी शिक्षकों एवं अन्य स्टाफ को स्कूलों में जाने की अनुमति दी गई है | बीमार कार्मिकों एवं गर्भवती महिला शिक्षकों-कर्मचारियों के स्कूल-कॉलज जाने पर पूर्व की तरह ही प्रतिबंध लागू रहेगा |

इसके अलावा शिक्षक स्कूलों से ही ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं शुरू कर सकेंगे | इस दौरान यदि कुछ छात्र चाहें तो वहां बैठकर भी पढ़ सकते हैं | छात्र और शिक्षक आपस में किसी भी तरह की कोई शेयरिंग नहीं कर सकेंगे | मसलन टीचर और शिक्षकों के बीच नोटबुक, पेन और पेंसिल आदि की शेयरिंग नहीं होगी |

कंटेनमेंट जोन के छात्र व शिक्षकों के आने पर मनाही
कंटेनमेंट जोन में जो कार्मिक या छात्र रह रहे होंगे, उन्हें स्कूल या कॉलेज आने की अनुमति नहीं है. सभी संस्थानों में एक आइसोलेशन रूम भी बनाना होगा जहां जरूरत पड़ने पर संभावित मरीज को रखा जा सके. स्कूलकॉलेजों को मास्क, सेनेटाइजर आदि का भी पर्याप्त इंतजाम करना होगा

Why do schools need to know a child’s immigration status? I’m pretty sure they didn’t have this paper last year?
Why is it mandatory??
There’s already a separate sheet of paper about the child Spoken language but it was there last year.
