Progress isn't easy. I started back to lifting weights again this week and I have to admit, I'm sore and tired. The first week of a new program is always HARD as the body adjusts. I'm glad I'm challenging myself since it helps me to relate to the amazing ladies in my accountability group, many of them just getting back to exercise or starting a program for the first time. The first week is tough but no one is showing any signs of giving up.
