Sautéed asparagus with purple onions and mushrooms! 3 stalks of asparagus cut in half (ends removed) 1/4 cup of purple onions chopped 1 cup of baby bello mushrooms #kernelseasons garlic parmesan popcorn seasoning Cracked black pepper Sesame seed oil 1 tbsp Directions Warm oil in stir fry skillet Add purple onions and add asparagus a minute later Add mushrooms 3 minutes later Add seasoning to taste, sautée on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the asparagus spears are tender or turn dark green.
