š§ Our brain operates on various frequencies, each a key to a unique state of consciousness.
š” Beta Waves (12-30 Hz): Increases focus and alertness.
š Alpha Waves (8-12 Hz): Your ticket to relaxation.
š§ Theta Waves (4-8 Hz): Helps you dive into meditation.
š Delta Waves (0.5-4 Hz): Takes you to deep sleep.

Here's how to entrain your brainwaves at home:
ā”ļø Define your goal. Focus, calm, or sleep?
ā”ļø Choose a frequency that aligns with your goal. (for focus - 12-30 Hz)
ā”ļø Find quality brainwave soundtracks. (Binaural beats are best)
ā”ļø Grab those comfy headphones
ā”ļø Find a quiet spot free from interruptions.
ā”ļø Keep the volume soothing and comfortable.
ā”ļø Begin with short sessions (10-15 minutes) and gradually extend.
Allow your mind to adjust and respond to it.
Try it once. It'll blow your mind!
Save it for later.
Share with someone you think will help.
Think of anything draining your energy as your inner demon, like fear, anxiety, relationship troubles, or addiction.
Disclaimer: The point isn't to indulge but to have a vulnerable talk with your demon like with your most trusted friend.
Being kind, responsible, and compassionate doesn't mean overindulging.
You cannot binge eat or drink because your demon asked you to.
The idea is that your inner demons eat fear, shame, guilt, loneliness, self-loathing, and all negative emotions. You feed them kindness and compassion with this visualisation technique.
Visualisations can be easier for some than for others.
Give it some time, and your demon will become your friend.
It'll help you overcome fear, anxiety, guilt, self-sabotage and find inner peace.

Durga killed Mahishasura.
All the post-monsoon festivals in India celebrate the deaths of many demons.
Why are we celebrating someone being killed?
We are not.
We celebrate the fact that demons can be killed.
Especially the inner demons...
OUR INNER DEMONS.
Whenever we feel a strong urge to do something not-so-good, we may feel possessed-almost as if our impulses have taken over.
These are our inner demons. It's not someone else; it's us.
Our inner demons make us do stuff like violence, self-harm, jumping from cliffs, substance abuse, addiction, harmful self-indulgence, or self-punishment.
But why?
Our inner demons are rooted in something traumatic that happened to us.
They feed on our desperate need to escape stress-saturated existences, guilt, shame, loneliness, despair, or a sense of worthlessness or self-loathing.
This is what leads to addiction and mental health problems.
Our inner demon is not at fault either.
They are the victims of a difficult past.
Almost all our behaviours driven by inner demons are unconscious, misdirected efforts to rebel, retaliate or escape from that haunting past.
Unlike Asuras, our inner demons are psychological.
They can be slayed, healed, and whipped up into something awesome.
If you need support to heal your inner demons, don't hesitate.
Get expert help and heal it as soon as possible.

Most addictions don't begin with disaster. They begin with rationalization. And what starts as a choice can slowly become a dependency. Sadly, many people spot this addiction only after it's affecting their lives.

Anxiety isnāt always loud. Sometimes, it sounds like overthinking, avoiding, or preparing for the worst before anything has even happened.
Understanding what your anxiety is trying to tell you is often the first step toward healing. And when it begins to interfere with your everyday life, reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
