I eat weird stuff
To avoid eating 23,000 cheeze-its, I'm trying to find "craving alternatives." Basically, identifying the nutrients my body is lacking, causing the cravings. So I'm eating dried blueberries, almonds and yogurt, and I just heated up leftover steak in a teacup.
