Added bonus ...they fight inflammation and reduce damage to our bodyβs cells (thanks phytochemicals). For me, cinnamon will always be my #1 go to for my shakes and porridge... not just for the added flavour but also for the antioxidant boost that it provides. For savoury, I love adding rosemary, oregano, parsley and Italian herbs to my soups. Other spices I love to use include paprika, turmeric, cumin and Ginger. Because theyβre so flavorful, they make it easier to cut back on less healthy ingredients like salt, sugar, and added fat #winning What are your fave spices?
