Quasi-recovery is also:

Being weight restored yet still restricting in some ways

Using exercise or other means to compensate

Avoiding fear foods

Needing to follow a meal-plan in order to avoid relapse (which is important progress, but it not the end point)

Using eating routines to feel in control (ordered eating, microbites, always leaving food behind on your plate, etc)

Constant weighing

Symptom swapping!! (which often isn't recovery at all)

Relying entirely on other people

..... Literally so many other things this is just what I thought of off the top of my head
