make sure to STICK to this plan! it’s important to remember that you have to make sure that it isn’t too difficult to follow. DO NOT push too much into one day!

the pomodoro technique works!! after 25 minutes of studying take a break. give yourself a reward!

another example would be if you finished everything on your to-do list for the day, then you could give yourself a reward! read a chapter of a book, watch an episode of a tv show, etc.

do not forget to take a break! this is so important to make sure that you don’t get burnt out! all work and no play makes jack a dull boy remember?
