In the final part, Diane officially becomes a Sugden. It’s after the wedding where the big splash occurs as Val blabs it to everyone how Rodney is Paul’s dad. And what does clueless Rodney get? A punch from his new son! Ashley gets a call that Bernice has had another daughter and that means Jack and Diane heading out with Victoria right away to meet her new grandchild. After the best man speech from Robert, the entertainment arrives in the form of Paul in drag going by the name of Thelma Louise singing Falling in Love Again.

Diane gives Val an important role in the wedding… walking her down the aisle. Poor, poor Andy… a watcher from afar. Louise is surprised to see Val, what nerve, but Diane has her reasons. Danny notices Robert SMIRKing at Rodney 😂. Robert winding up Jack. Val has a chat with Andy how things will change in time.

Paul does Diane’s makeup. Diane and Louise comment on how much he and Rodney appear alike to his cluelessness 😳. Robert notices Jack’s shiftiness 😂 outside the church and he has a good laugh when Jack whispers why he’s how he is currently (some really good stuff here folks). Diane and Val come face to face at the end… ‘I knew you’d come.’

It’s Jack and Diane’s wedding day. No Robert in this part. Before things start, Diane sits Victoria down and gives her first gossip (about Val and Paul being Rodney’s son while he was married to her) as well as telling her about her cancer (‘just hoping it’s a teeny tiny bit’) - good before the bad.

Jack and Diane’s wedding ceremony begins and Diane finds it difficult to get through the vows. Poor, poor Andy winds up sobbing in his motor. Debbie makes an excuse to be with Andy (not included in clip). When Diane tries to explain to everyone why she is in such a state but it’s Victoria that goes up and tells everyone about the cancer. The part ends with the rings being pulled out.
