Scene 1: It’s Sarah’s turn to bring both Robert and Andy to school. Andy just wants to go home at this point but no, he has a right to be there. Viv once again is on her high horse about packing Andy off where he belongs.

Andy: If he had his way, he ‘d be over there with the rest of them.

Robert: If I had my way, you would have been expelled months ago.

Sarah: That’s enough!

Andy: See, even Robert hates me now.

Sarah: No he doesn’t (umm)

Scene 2: Sarah and Viv have more words. Viv only sees a troublemaker and hooligan but Sarah is concerned what damage this will do to Andy more than any at the school. But how many chances is Sarah going to keep giving Andy then, hmm? Hudson appears and Viv agrees to leave, for now, but they’ll be back.

Scene 3: Robert, Donna and a few other kids come upon Andy and make it clear to him they don’t want him there. Robert taunts him that even his parents think he’s more trouble than he’s worth and they wind up in a scuffle that Terry breaks up.

Donna: Why don’t you go back to Leeds where you belong.

Andy: I belong here. I live here.

Robert: You’re not wanted. Even mum and dad see you as more trouble than you’re worth.

Andy: That’s not true Robert and you know it.

Donna: You’re spoiling it for all of us...

Robert: No one likes ya. Mum and dad wish you never came.

Andy: Thank’s rubbish. Take that back.

Robert: No!

Andy: I said take it back.

Robert: Make me.

Scene 4: Terry brings back Robert and Andy to Sarah who bemoans Robert for his attitude toward Andy, he is family whether he likes it or not!

Robert: I can’t stand him anymore. None of the kids can. He’s ruined everything since he’s started living with us.

Sarah: That’s quite enough of that Robert. You can be very unpleasant when you want to.

Robert: But mum...

Sarah: Andy is part of our family whether you like it or not. You should be treating each other like brothers instead of behaving badly as he does...
