#11th amendment

On This Day in History February 7, 1795: The Eleventh Amendment to the United States Constitution is ratified. The aim of the amendment? To clarify federal judicial powers that were highlighted in Article III, Section 2 of the United States Constitution.

Here is the text of the 11th Amendment to the United States Constitution: 

Amendment XI

The judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by citizens of another state, or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state.

"On Wednesday, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals said that several employees who were fired by their boss, a sheriff running for re-election, for “liking” his election opponent had a First Amendment case. "In an 81-page decision, the court said that Sheriff B.J. Roberts erred when he terminated the employment of two employees for “liking” his opponent, Jim Adams, in the 2009 election, by going on Adams’ Facebook campaign page. "The court cited the case of City of Ladue v. Gilleo, which allows someone to put a political sign on their front lawn as a protected act of free speech."

Displaying a sign from one’s own residence often carries a message quite distinct from placing the same sign someplace else, or conveying the same text or picture by other means. Precisely because of their location, such signs provide information about the identity of the “speaker.” . . .Residential signs are an unusually cheap and convenient form of communication. Especially for per sons of modest means or limited mobility, a yard or window sign may have no practical substitute.

Persons cannot sue a State for violating Federal Law for money damages unless the State consents or Congress expressly abrogates States' immunity to enforce the 14th Amendment.

Enforcement must be congruent and proportional to the 14th Amendment.

Liberals, Socialists, Communists, Marxists, Feminists, Anarchists, terrorists, Muslims, San Franciscoans, Chicagoans, New Yorkers  and all who would love to see The United States of America destroyed claim to actually love the Constitution.  They hide behind it when it suites their underhanded means.  The 11th Amendments, like all Amendments in the beautiful Constitution, was created to keep the government small and out of ours and others lives.

Where am I going with this you ask?  

Well when old Obama bin Laden knew about this Amendment and thought he was safe hiding in Pakistan(taking advice from Barrack Obama directly no doubt).  He  thought he was out of reach from America, the greatest country in the world, but he should have thought different.  He should have thought different because the most strong and best military in the world, America's, doesn't have to obey that little rule.  They came knocking and said to old Osama, "we know your little game and aint don't take kindly to people not playing by the rules! GOOD NIGHT!", BLAMO! THAT'S why you don't mess with US BUDDY!

EDIT:   I received an email telling me that my defense of using the military to circumvent the Constitution to reach their own goals was ironic.  Well I got news for you PAL!  Maybe you and your SOCIALIST buddy's tell each that they're not playing monopoly by the rules or whatever but in America we do what we gotta do! go back to where you came from!
