Wake County Republican Erin Paré floated a statewide dress code after objecting to a transgender music teacher’s clothing.
If you think this sort of gender policing stops with trans women, you are sorely mistaken. Throw us to the wolves and the wolves eat you next.
The ruling said Florida’s law was unconstitutional and wrongly tried to ban the speech of professors and students.
Do I have any gun friends? either American or European? I'm curious and have questions, you might have answers.
Shiloh Hendrix CONVICTED Of Speech Crime
Welp. Can't wait for this to get overturned on appeal, but literally no media mentioning it so that people still think she was convicted for using a bad word.
Wouldn't want people to think that that was allowed now would we?

Just in case anyone is wondering why I’m suddenly all about radio equipment and freedom of the press these days. Or why I am training to practice my dark arts in the field, in remote, undisclosed locations. Or why I am sinking capital into building a net for others to access and stay informed. Or even why I’m becoming obsessed with OPSEC, surveillance, online privacy, and secure route planning. The answer is pretty simple, I like to read history. I’m seeing current events begin to resemble things I read about.
As an amateur radio enthusiast and 1st amendment super fan, I can’t help but think about all the times in history where governments have rounded up radio operators and news reporters, declared them criminals, and held them as political prisoners. And that is before one even considers that I am not a popular type of human with the current administration.
Russia is starting to do it again. These people are facing execution for fucks sake! I expect the US may even try it before too long. Hell, we are already slipping down the slope of surveillance state without anyone even noticing.
So, off I go, out into the desert to train with my equipment. Just preparing for ‘what if.’ I’ve never regretted time spent training, with any of my skills.

I will leave you with one of my favorite quotes
“ I train because when it happens, there will be blood. It will not be mine.”
