27/100 days of productivity
monday; a new week, a new to do list, a new bullet journal spread! had a really nice day doing lots of little productive things! finishing the day off with a coffee/dinner study date with my friend ✨
17. and 18.10.2020. | 2&3/100 Days of Productivity
The weekend was reserved for maintenance tasks that take up too much time during busy weeks. I went grocery shopping, meal prepped, cleaned my apartment.
I finished reading Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage. I read this book in less than three days, which is unusual for me, but I loved it so much. I cried a lot, but it was the good kind of crying.
15.12.2020 | 100 Days of Productivity- Day 1
First day on the challenge!! Woke up early and worked out for a bit:) Just finished up next week’s layout, feeling pretty good about it. My school has already started posting syllabus for the finals so about to try and work through some physics problems- try being the keyword here.
Bujo layout inspo here!
10.19.20 - day 3/100 - it has been a gloomy couple days here, but I will admit, i love a good fall thunderstorm and hearing the raindrops against the window. there is something so soothing about rain in the dark. finally back to work and the ER was busy for a Tuesday, 8 AM - 6 PM is a long shift but thank god it flies by. I don’t love working in the ER, it kinda feels like an endless to-do list which is not particularly inspirational. also because there is no time to just enjoy a cup of coffee for 10 minutes, which is all i really need to make my day. my dreams are simple.
today/yesterday i:
finished another fellowship interview!
spoke to a potential mentor who is doing my dream job right now
made a Chinese style breakfast with 葱油饼 made from scratch as well as chicken congee and drunken chicken
made elephant ears from leftover puff pastry
worked out two days in a row
slept by 11 PM
one of the things I really want to force myself to create is an evening ritual. mornings are usually too busy for me as I go to work quite early, but the evening is time i can really spend relaxing.
my current after-work routine is:
shower immediately after coming home (wash of the COVID haha)
do a short pilates work-out if it’s too dark to run after work
eat dinner
make jasmine or non-caffeinated tea
watch my favorite silent vloggers (right now it’s Tina’s Life) right before bed
lotion my feet and legs while watching videos (they get so dry in the winter)
brush my teeth early
take my melatonin/vitamin D/flonase
moisturize my face and apply differin gel on my chin
read quietly
go to sleep between 10-11 PM
i’m hoping i can make this a habit in the coming months and that it will help me wind down after an exhausting day. what does your evening routine look like?

30/06/2020; 66/100 days of productivity:
Today I did two lectures: one on heart blocks (pictured above) and the other on end of life care in heart failure. I made and wrapped some presents for my friends; I’m planning to meet them soon pending the weather - I think the last time I hung out with them was in January? No one said that being an adult meant that your friendship group would have conflicting schedules 90% of the time.
