he couldn’t save his parents which is WHY (on top of just him wanting to be a hero and do all the things that heroes do) he’s so adamant abt saving everyone around him and the town
papa g’s house isn’t really ?? the BEST place for a 10 yr old to live ? don’t get me wrong papa g loves kid so so SO much and would do ANYTHING for that boy but he’s also kind of irresponsible ,,,,,, so it’s probably best that kid took such a liking to the trailer as his “”headquarters””
he absolutely knows that he’s called the “weird kid down the road” by the ppl in the diner and it used to upset him (still kind of does sometimes) but he felt better after he told papa g and he said smthing along the lines of, “well, good! weird is interestin’; it’s fun! you ever heard of a normal, BORING superhero? didn’t think so!” :))
as much as he loves his friends (who have honestly become more like a found family), he does sometimes wish there were kids his age around to talk to..
before the accident, he actually want to a normal public school, where he would get in fights a lot w/ the other kids. he’s always had some problems involving his anger issues, but it only got worse after his parents d!ed
