Check out this app called #selfcare (iPhone only), it has mini games that help you if you’re having anxiety or feelings of depression.

The game itself is very visually pleasing and they have simple games that put your mind at ease. One of them is where you simply connect laundry of the same color together in any pattern you like. Not only has it motivated to do my own laundry, but it’s kept me calm while I’m stressed at work. When I get anxious or stressed, I pull my phone out and play this game.

One of my favorite mini games is called massage, its very simple. You massage the circle till the color is all gone and the next color pops up.

I feel very calm during and after this game. Another plus about the game is you can decorate the room by picking the colors and patterns of the blanket, the rug, and even the skin color of the person lying on the bed.

They have every color you can imagine. Now, to my favorite two parts of the game, the first one, is just a simple visual breathing exercise where it starts with a lotus and it folds out when you’re supposed to breathe in and in when you breathe out, you can change the pace, and even the shape of the lotus to something else. This helps me feel grounded at work and get my mind calmer and my anxiety down.

Now to probably my favorite part about this game, the altar. They have this triangle altar and the more you play games, the more you find things to put on the altar, you can store away certain items you don’t want on there and you can write things about the items on your altar.
