Well, thanks to a sudden $300/month hike in our home owners insurance, we're at the point where we're probably going to lose the house
So any sales will go a long way into helping us cover expenses associated with that (still a lot of unknowns unfortunately, literally only found out about the increase a couple hours ago)
Turns out we could get the rate significantly reduced if we get our roof certified
Only issue is that certification starts at $500 (which is roughly $495 more than we can afford to spend if we want to be able to eat for the rest of the week)
