No cause we slept in the same bed and drank and I clung onto her (barely tipsy!) and we spent the whole night giggling and out of nowhere my mind went “I want to be here forever.” We tried recollecting Hamilton from memory and she had her glasses off and her hair was a mess and all I could think about was how she was the most pretty woman on the planet. We couldn’t fall asleep because we were laughing too hard and once we did try to sleep I was worried the sound of my heartbeat would keep her awake. It got unbearably hot during the night and my back hurt but I couldn’t get myself to move because our arms were touching. She mentioned how I had a small smile on my face when she woke up before I did and I’ve spent the past two days fucking FROTHING over it. I was at work today and thinking about her and my brain went “she’s like oxygen to me” what the FUCK is that supposed to mean. But it makes perfect sense, because she’s one of the greatest things that’s ever happened to me. She’s endlessly kind and funny and smart and so fucking beautiful. She’s got the most beautiful soul I’ve ever known and I value every moment I get to bask in it.
