Why does Sey'mn see Grace as a Tsahik? Is it his vibes? How good he is w kids? Can he see Grace's soul and go "ah, a spiritual leader"? I must know. I was inspired by your AU so I'm cooking one of my own, and I can't really think of a reason he would be considered a tsahik? I wanna know so I can decide whether or not to include it in mine. I'm already doing away w the Avatar Program, but this is an interesting wrinkle.

in the beginning days of Simon's time with humans he was being treated by a whole team of people, but since he showed aggression with the team Grace was sent in alone to handle him.

Grace has a lot of dedication to not use human materials when treating Simon (since Simon's allergic/sensative to a lot of human things). and Grace has a great sense for Pandoran materials. Grace is able to communicate a lot with Simon despite the huge language barrier.

the only thing i see as necessary to the plot is the fact they freak it at some point, but reading the smut itself isnt needed. i will ALWAYS add a content warning before chapters that include smut, and ill add trigger warnings for triggering topics, too.

as of writing this, smut is in the second half of chapter 6 after a paragraph break, and the beginning of chapter 7 (sadly no breaks in this one) but the whole chapter does talk about smut.

in chap 7 the quote "he can barely think. what actually happened?" is where porn stops (like, immediately after the smut is this quote lol), but again discussions of it are throughout the whole chapter. when people start talking is the latest you should start reading again lol

I’m also aware that you don’t intend to write a fanfic for the au if I’m not mistaken, so was wondering if it would be ok for me to write a fic inspired by this au, even though I have a very mediocre level of knowledge about avatar lore lmao.

I just thought the dynamic of pandora perhaps being the place where project hail mary/stratts vat is could be very interesting, perhaps it is a solution for astrophage (i think you have a post about that).

So was wondering if you had any plot points you’d be interested in for a fic, as I have a brief outline in my head but no real details ironed out yet.

the only big plot point i can think of is Simon and Grace connecting to Eywa together bc theyre both nervous. Grace has never connected to Eywa and Simon hasnt connected in a long time

ans Simon has a "if you respect me, ill respect you" relationship with Eywa. He doesnt worship her but he knows she's around

Simon hisses at everyone when he first wakes up in medical custody, but Grace was told to work with him so he does despite being nervous. Simon continues to hiss at humans for a good long while

soon after Simon woke up Grace returned the clothes he was found in. he had to help Simon tie the loincloth until Simon became skilled enough with one hand (but that takes a good long while). Simon didnt wear any of his jewelry

Grace found out Simon is lowkey allergic to a lot of Earth materials since it causes rashes and slows healing, so in a matter of days Grace got approval to move Simon's little medical station out into the farm so he can heal on Pandora's soil. Being surrounded by nature helped a ton mentally and physically, and Grace tried his hardest to use things only native to Pandora despite the extra challenge

Grace’s dedication to using Pandorian materials is what solidified him being a human tsahik to Simon, and hes kinda convinced Grace can connect to Ewya without a kuru lol. his hissing at Grace becomes softer, tho he still hisses often
