Memes for our group, no translation because I have no idea how to translate them

Okay, y'all are gonna love this! You don't see a lot of textile materials in jewelry, but here's one. Since JoJo is a HUGE hyperfixation for me right now, I decided to design and make a necklace based on it. The front is the all-known "menacing" symbol, the back is inspired from Joseph's clackers. I machine embroidered the front (no, not with an actual embroidery machine). Clackers are crocheted and the J's are embroidered from felt. The spiralthread is made with mercerised cotton thread. I can't wait to wear this at a con!!

Tablet woven belt made in september. We had practiced the tablet weaving technique last year, and I loved it. So, I decided to use it for this belt. Usually the tablets are squares, but I wanted some challenge, thus hexagons was the next step! I used different kinds of wool yarns that I found at school. It was really fun to make this!!

If my memory serves me right, this was one of the last projects of last semester; a woven pillow. Did it on a shared warp, tho I cannot remember where the wefts are from. On the backside there is plain/tabby weave and twill. I cannot remember what the technique on the frontside is in english, sorry ;; I'm surprised how well this came out, even tho I dislike making interior design textiles. Really fast to make, even if I had to redo some parts way too many times.

The first bigger project we made in school last year. Rug made from recycled materials. Wefts are from thrift shops or cut from old sheets, some are dyed. Warp is just strong cotton thread. I'm really proud of this, it fits nicely in my room and so far is in good condition 👌

Here's a project, that i'm most proud of. Designed and woven by me, a merinowool blanket. The weave is houndstooth, yarn is drops merino extra fine. I don't exactly remember the amount of hours I put into this, but i'd say from making the warp to taking the project off the loom ~38 hours in total? Regardless, i'm super proud of this and it's in active use.
