Most of these robots being developed still require a human remotely controlling them, so why don't companies lead with that instead of putting people into a panic by making it seem like humans will become obsolete?
I get that it is greed over everything, but you aren't going to make money when people start destroying things out of fear of losing their livelihood.
Could seriously be talking about how this can increase safety for the workers (no more being forced to work in unsafe conditions), allow people to work from home (which we really need because people can't keep having to choose between being caretakers and being workers, something's gotta give), but instead big brained geniuses are going with this "Humans won't be needed for these jobs, guyz!" approach.
It's just so dumb.
