Thinking many thoughts about the tear Alicent sheds. She thinks it's the last time she'll ever speak to Aemond, she struggles to send him off to his death in the same way she hated to give up Aegon in the S2 finale.

And at the same time, she probably had no idea he thought of her like that. That her own son twists her affection for him into something sexual horrifies her. That he would think she wants it as well, even worse. Just having to sit there and endure a kiss from him likely brought up a lot of horrible trauma for her as well from Viserys. It completely recontextualizes whatever positive memories she has of Aemond into something perverse, now she can't even look back on who he was, how close they were, before he claimed Vhagar, without thinking of what it led to.
