hi! i love following your profile, and sorry if iâm being inconvenient by messaging you here. iâm brazilian, so sorry if anything i write sounds off. iâm not new to the law of assumption, but iâve been feeling unsure about a specific manifestation involving a specific person, especially when thereâs some emotional trauma or sensitivity connected to them. i really want this person back in my life, but i feel this conflict in my emotional system and idk how to fully align it. it feels like just affirming and feeling isnât making me 100% secure. besides wanting your opinion on what you would do in this situation, iâd also love to better understand your view on manifesting a specific person

Oh hii! thank youuu sooo much for the kind words about my blog, thatâs really sweet đ«¶đ» and donât worry at all â your English is perfectly clear and I appreciate the effort đ€
WHAT YOUâRE DESCRIBING is actually really common when it comes to manifesting a specific person, especially if thereâs emotional history there. When someone matters to you and thereâs been hurt or sensitivity involved, your nervous system can react even if your mind understands the law. Sooo sometimes, itâs not even about affirming harder â itâs about letting yourself feel safe again emotionally.
PERSONALLY, I donât see manifesting an SP as forcing someone or trying to control them⊠to me itâs more about shifting the story you hold about yourself and about the relationship. The outer situation tends to reflect that inner story.
Soo, if I were to be in your position, iâd probably focus a bit less on âgetting them backâ and more on grounding my self-concept first. I tend to be quite annoying on this subject but itâs crucial! TRUST.
đ I used to work a lot in my self concept and these are the things I liked asking myself:
do I feel chosen in love?
do I feel safe being loved by them?
do I actually trust that things can work out for me?
EMOTIONAL REGULATION comes before full confidence, and that's okay. Your feelings don't have to perfectly match your affirmations right away. You don't need to force them. You can just gently guide your mind back, calm yourself, and remind yourself of the story you want to live in.
I say this because Iâve personally struggled a lot with emotional regulation in the past. I used to feel everything so intensely and had no idea how to ground myself, so yeah⊠I was basically an anxious little bomb.
I know from the bottom of my heart how hard it can be to shift your self-concept when your emotional system feels like itâs constantly on edge. There were times where I genuinely felt like I was in the trenches. My life felt like hell for a while, and a big part of it came from the way I used to see myself. Thatâs why I think having a solid self-concept is so important. Not just for manifestation, but for living a peaceful and wholehearted life. We deserve peace. We deserve to have a regulated mind and nervous system. Life feels very different when your inner world finally feels safe âïž
ALSO itâs completely okay if your feelings donât instantly match your affirmations. YOU DONâT have to force yourself to feel 100% convinced all the time! sometimes the work is just gently guiding your mind back when it spirals and reminding yourself of the story youâre choosing.
wavering isnât some mystical failure, itâs just choosing which story you identify with ~
Thereâs no thing such as âwaveringâ per-se. I honestly donât see âwaveringâ as this big separate thing. Every day we wake up and we choose which story about ourselves weâre going to stand in. The story that resonates with who we believe we are.
If youâre unsure about who you are, itâs very easy to fall back into old assumptions, made-up fears, or even the things the external world tries to tell you about yourself. And when that happens, of course it affects the way you see yourself.
đ Thatâs WHY self-concept matters so much. âThe clearer and more stable your sense of self becomes, the less power those outside stories have over you.
FOR ME THE KEY isnât actually affirming as if, donât get me wrong, affirmations can do wonders for the conscious mind and I will always recommend robotic affirming, but for me the actual key is to also embrace the STATE of the affirmation.
You can affirm youâre confident in yourself but if deep down you keep resonating with old story youâll feel like youâre stuck.
âšYou have to start by realizing who you are, even if that idea doesnât fully resonate with how you feel right now.
THINK OF IT LIKE THIS: imagine youâre this little guy đ (adorable, I know), but deep down you know youâre actually a đŠ. The problem is that both the external world and your internal thoughts might still be reflecting the đ version of you. So even if you feel like a đŠ inside, the echo of the old version can feel like itâs haunting you, and thatâs usually what makes people spiral.
But hereâs the thing: the old story will probably feel triggering sometimes, and thatâs normal. It doesnât mean thatâs still you.
If youâve decided youâre a đŠ, then persist in that. The old story is old news. What youâre seeing now is just residue â the echo of the old 3D catching up.
MANIFESTING A SPECIFIC PERSON isnât about making someone do what you want or chasing them. Itâs about the story you hold about yourself and the connection. Your feelings, your confidence, and the peace you carry inside act like a mirror â the external world reflects your inner state. When you stabilise yourself, the outer situation naturally starts to shift in alignment.
âïž Think of the SP as a mirror of your inner world. If your self-concept is shaky, itâll reflect in your experiences and interactions with them. If your self-concept is solid, confident, and peaceful, the reflection changes too. This isnât magic or forcing; itâs your inner story showing up externally.
THE FOCUS IS ON YOU â your feelings, your sense of safety, your self-concept. The person isnât the source of your peace; theyâre a reflection. This way, youâre not stressing or forcing anything, youâre just aligning with your own story. Itâs a gentle, steady process â and itâs okay if it takes time.
As for manifesting a specific person, I donât see it as forcing them or trying to control them. Itâs really about the story you hold about yourself and the connection â your confidence, your sense of peace, your emotional safety. The person reflects that inner story. So the focus is on you, not them. If your self-concept is shaky, the mirror might show that; if itâs solid and peaceful, the reflection shifts naturally. Itâs a gentle process, and itâs okay if it takes time for you â youâre not failing, youâre not behind, ever, youâre just aligning with the story you want to live in and that should be enough for you despite it all.
