Fasting tips part 2
If you haven't seen my other post then I suggest seeing it
1. Don't fast on your period!
You might think that it's a good idea because during your period you are bloated but it's really not. Fasting on your period is one of the worst mistakes you can do while fasting
2. Have a cheat day or a day off!
Especially if you are going through puberty you need one day the week or month in which you eat a little bit above your calorie limit. Will this slower your progress? Maybe if you don't eat too much on your cheat day then it's fine
3. Find motivation!
My favourite way to get motivation is to take off my shirt in front of the mirror and remember that I need to lose all that fat
4. Don't listen to hate!
If someone is genuinely worried about you that's one thing but them doing it of jealousy is not it
