hey!! how are you tanya?? lately its been snowing and im cold all the time I guess thats way i been feeling like shit :( i been thinking a lot about my weight and been struggling, i wanna lose weight but i find it so hard to do, i just want it all gone but i know i need to do it a healthy way.....its just hard. sorry for being a downer, i dont have anyone to talk to about this :\

Hello there 🍓 anon! Darling, I know exactly how you feel, you are not alone! I don’t know if I’ve already shared this on here or not, but I’ve been on a weight-loss journey myself for the last year and a half, and it’s DEFINITELY NOT EASY!!! Your pain and struggle are so relatable to me, you have no idea.
Anyway, I hope you know you’re still a wondefull, kind and worthy human being no matter your size. Weight does not make a person. You come across as a beautiful person to me. Thinking about your body in a negative and bothersome light doesn’t help your mental health nor your physical well-being so, please please be kind to yourself.
If, and only IF, you want to know some tricks I’ve come across that may help you lose weight (and in no way am I saying you or anyone needs to lose weight, only if you’re doing it for yourself, for your own well-being), I’ve learned that 1) it begins with a strong mindset: this is not a diet or I’m not exercising just until I reach my goal, this is a life-style that I’m commiting to even after I feel better in my own body. Once you come with terms with that, it all gets a lot better. 2) size portion is important and don’t eat until you’re absolutely full, let the food rest and then decide if you need more. 3) Before snacking, drink water and see if you were really hungry or just thirsty (our body can trick us sometimes). 4) eat everything you want but in smaller doses, no cheat-days, just eat a slice of pizza or that piece of cake if you want and make it count for the rest of the day.
I really hope this helps you, if you even wanted the help! I hate to think of you struggling like I used to, so I’m just trying to share what worked for me. However, I’m fully aware this might not work for you or anyone else reading this, so please take that into consideration.
