INGREDIENTS: Nutella + frozen bananas + food processor = creamy soft serve magic. If you have a big food processor, one banana might not be enough. In our recipe, we use two. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
INSTRUCTIONS: Slice bananas into chunks, then place them in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least two hours. Pulse the frozen slices in a food processor. After about a minute, the consistency will change from chunky to creamy. Once that happens, add two scoops of Nutella, and pulse one more time. Stick this mixture back in the freezer for five minutes for a soft-serve consistency, or for longer if you want texture closer to traditional ice cream.
