I’ve been a little absent BUT, I do have things to share, so you remember I said I was going to this place called Valle de Bravo, well, we arrived yesterday and so far I’ve swam and hiked, today we did s’mores, we took some pictures of the fire and the star-lit sky. I’ve been having loads of fun but I do miss my boyfriend and friends, but it’s rather fun seeing my dad relight the fire blowing (surprisingly it worked really good).
I’ve also started working out (started this morning) and I really hope to maintain that routine.

These Vegan S'mores Kebabs are a fun twist on the classic campfire treat. Perfect for gatherings around the fire or grilling parties, they capture the nostalgic flavors of traditional s'mores in a convenient and shareable kebab form. Vegan-friendly and oh-so-delicious!
Ingredients: 1 cup vegan marshmallows. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1 cup vegan graham cracker pieces. 1 banana, sliced into rounds. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Set your campfire or grill on medium heat. Put the vegan chocolate chips, marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and banana rounds on the wet wooden skewers one after the other. Put the kebabs on the grill or over the campfire and cook for three to four minutes, turning them over every now and then, until the chocolate melts and the marshmallows turn golden. Take the kebabs off the heat and let them cool down a bit before you serve them. Have fun eating your tasty vegan s'mores kebabs!
