Hey, this is really good that you’re doing this. I joined a gym before I started high school 6 years ago and I used to be really skinny. These days I’m a lot better than I was and it’s all about keeping a schedule and eating healthily.

Can’t wait to hit the gym this summer, then I can actually start progressively building muscle again instead of being stagnant.

The best part about gaining muscle were the very occasional compliments I got. It’ll be worth the time when you go.

What about that whey shit? Been thinking about getting a jar of that too.

You don’t have to use supplements if you don’t want, but it can help. Whey after the gym helps rebuild muscles faster.
