          This jerk, fresh out the matrimony oven, just swoops in to press a kiss to Cognac’s cheek.

           There's a smirk gracing his lips, not a rare sight, but admittedly? There is something very different and a little personal, a little special about the one he's giving Pasha.

        "I fuckin’ do, right?? I mean! I look the best I’ve possibly ever looked, and I’m the kind of person who can pull off a jean jacket with actual literal swagger. So.”

         She’s proud of herself for that! Y’know, that she managed to look this good even though she got into a brief altercation with a mirror this morning—that bandaged hand which she conveniently puts behind her back, out of Ness’s view—but also that she managed to get her scary big sister figure to come out to the City of Sin. And will, later this evening, manage to get her as twisted as possible.

           Even at some of her big family functions, she brought it with her and all she did for a living was design websites and the like. It wasn't as though she was a fashion designer or celebrity of any sort. Though, there had been both men and women who asked her if she was or assumed as much of her because of her looks. No one ever expected her to be a businesswoman and a serious one at that; of course, she did admittedly know how to unwind with the right people. Fussing with the settings on her phone as she spoke, she spoke with all the love and honesty she held for Pasha.

         Pash Novak stands in the middle of her hotel suite looking, if we do say so ourselves, the image of post-modern bridal beauty. Her dress is simple, striking and was shockingly picked out by her own hand and makeup is done to perfection thanks to our very own Ryan Danvers. She’s glowing, to put it simply— and yet she still manages to sound like a kid sister when Ness walks in the room. God, she’s missed that gorgeous gal.

           ❝You look gorgeous, Pasha!❞  Her exclamation was honest with the softness in her smile and her features.

        Illegal? Sketchy? A generous offer that any of her roommates would         be   ecstatic   to   accept?  Yes.  But  Amara’s  been  almost  painfully         law-abiding  since  she  left home,  and the avoidance of most social          situations  ( and people in general )  goes along with it.  She’s trying         not to think of why that is, wordlessly sipping her drink for a minute.

             Illegal? Definitely.

             Sketchy? Not in his personal opinion.

             He didn't really let just anyone with a fake ID in to get drinks at the pub,              if he was to be honest -- a limited few got through with them. And Raquel              was frighteningly good at most things deemed illegal, fake IDs included.              Most of the people he knew, and knew well, were not exactly of the law              abiding sort of caliber.
