I swear that if I see another Genshin fan saying that Columbina was not rewritten and that everyone who thought she would be manipulative and have a connection to seelies were only having headcanons I'm gonna scream

this and people claiming that the harbingers in general weren’t rewritten as if they weren’t (almost) all completely gutted and retconned after their established writing to ???? make them go to tea parties together. a legitimate take i JUST saw the other day was “it’s so funny that childe has such a misconception about all the harbingers” referring to him being distrusting abt everyone in his voicelines and im like. Oh my god. do we even have brains. can you not see that ESPECIALLY with columbina (unfortunate! she was the one i was anticipating the most since lazzo!) they completely changed the course of what the harbingers were supposed to be for what currently seems to be no good reason! it makes me so upset but what’s even worse is that people pretend that this was all the plan of the writers from the beginning. 🫩
