I would like to say that both Adam and Amy (the harbingers) had a different iteration of their date, and both of them put the blame on themselves, in Adam's version he blabs on about how you could potentially hoard wealth to make a greater difference later (and then Amy leaves) and in Amy's version she gets Adam to say the wealth thing, they argue she calls him obtuse and he leaves. Both of them were the ones that screwed it up from their perspective.

In another life Amy and Adam are ice skating and Amy is holding Adam's hands to steady him but his knees keep shaking and he keeps almost falling but she keeps catching him and laughing when he gets frustrated, except his eyes go wide and dreamy whenever he sees her laughing and he loses focus and almost falls all over again

Okay but like imagine if the other harbingers also get isekai'd into the normal world but they don't remember anything so thrain!MC is confused and dumbfounded but regardless decides to befriend them because he obviously was close to them having attended the tea parties
