I mean, a Decepticon-turned-Autobot who appeared out of nowhere, had one of the best designs I’ve seen, is incredibly skilled in combat, and is defended by Autobots against their fellow comrades? I mean Bumblebee made one comment about him and Hot Rod was all up in his face about it lol. I can totally see where they’re coming from, he 100% seems like an OC someone wanted to add lol.
