Scrapper of course organizes all the builds. He's got a huge creative flatworld with blueprints for everything, the whole gestalt contributes to it too. He was the coordinator of villager trades until Hook filled that role. The only thing that has made Scrapper rage quit is the lack of completed block sets. As a result, he's been slowly putting together a mod pack for more construction-friendly blocks, alongside other tools.

Long Haul likes being able to fight more. His favorite part of exploring is slaying monsters. He dies a lot in the early game because it takes many tries to figure out how to approach creepers for the kill (projecting a little), neither Mixmaster or Bonecrusher ever let him live this down. Also, you'd think he'd get irritated by having such a small inventory, but Long Haul is very good at managing his supplies (but he wouldn't say no to backpack mods either).

Hook and Bonecrusher frequently argue over villages. Hook wants to preserve villages as long as he can before he moves everything over to his several, grand trading halls. Bonecrusher wants to kill everything in sight because it's fun. Yeah, he could just find a pillager outpost or a woodland mansion, if he's lucky, but destroying villages is much more satisfying. Partly because it irritates Hook (and that's how Bonecrusher ends up with terraforming duty. He wouldn't hate it if Minecraft terraforming wasn't so SLOW. Maybe if he didn't kill Hook's villagers, he would have more enchants).

Mixmaster is the biggest redstone engineer of the server. While he mostly makes farms and other helpful machines, Mixmaster's true passion is making traps to sneakily catch the others in. A secret door that opens into a hole filled with cobwebs. Dispensers rigged with the most annoying potion combinations. A set of noise machines that occasionally play a single, high pitched note at different intervals, so the others are all still stuck with the sound because they found just one generator. All for the love of the game.

Last but not least, Scavenger loves exploring the most. Minecraft is a beautiful game with awesome biomes and colorful blocks. It's not even about leveling up for him, he just wants to see what the world has to offer. The only reason he ends up dying is from fall damage or burning in lava, he wins almost all his fights against mobs but he can get distracted if he sees a shiny new block. It's not a surprise that he likes biome mods the best.
