Lace-up leather boots from the 1890s made by Joseph Box, bootmaker to the Prince of Wales, one of the most popular shoemakers in London during the late 19th century, inspired by the footwear of a certain clientele, extremely high heeled boots seem to have appealed to fashionable circles.

So here are some very stupid random options.

1). Biggie just nukes the tea in the microwave in a microwave safe container (once microwaves are invented) and pours it into the teapot after a few minutes of steeping (and he uses bags).

2) Biggie makes giant batches of tea in advance, keeps them in a massive thing in the fridge, and reheats the amount necessary when it's needed. (Because reheated tea is never as good for reason)

3) He saves all the tea that doesn't get consumed in a container (I guess containers are just his thing here) and once there's enough combined, he reuses it and it's gotten to the point where it's become unclear how often there is actually fresh brewed and unmixed tea in the Sanctuary.

4) Unbeknownst to Helen, he's been mixing in some of his herbs this whole time for some added benefits and just doesn't tell her, so she thinks he's messing up tea.
