Nobody is just going to give away houses for free to people who won’t take care of them and can’t maintain the property - you wanna see “free” housing go check out a section 8 neighborhood, better yet you wanna see the homeless housed? House them yourself, I don’t see you lining up to have a bunch of homeless people live with you.
