Here’s a sketch of Fate’s Medea—also featured in FGO—wearing an outfit I designed for her!

For this fan project, I’m giving some of my favorite Servants from Greek mythology new outfits shaped by my own visual style. Please enjoy them as lighthearted, fan-made “what if?” interpretations!

Since Medea is a princess of Colchis, I wanted to learn more about the clothing and personal adornment of Bronze Age Colchis. Direct evidence for clothing is limited, and my costume history books did not cover this particular region and period. Fortunately, I found several excellent open-access archaeological papers on personal ornaments from the region, which gave me a starting point for the design.

she is a naturally lazy girl who works really hard anyway. she is extremely sweet but also very snippy and sometimes has a bad attitude and holds grudges, and she knows it and is trying to treat others well!

she knows exactly what she looks like to other people. and she faces that reality head-on, even if she doesn’t like her looks, because it’s important for other peoples’ safety and her own growth!

she is just a girl who was dealt a difficult hand in life doing her best! she’s someone who’s had to learn that even if things are terrible and unfair, you have to take responsibility for the things you can control so things can get better. that if you want people to love you, you have to be safe for them to be around, physically and emotionally, and sometimes you have to love yourself enough to change. And she’s doing it!

and she sounds like a factory equipment malfunction when she leaves the room. and she can level a skyscraper in 10 seconds. It’s normal for girls.
