I recieved a few asks about the screen door I was using in my house details post. It was an edit of a door by a creator who doesnโt allow mesh edits (whoops), so I decided to re-make it using EA meshes. Again, itโs something I needed for my save that I couldnโt find anywhere else. Basically just a frankenmesh of the Growing Together Window, the High School Years door and the door handle/hinges from the Greenhouse kit.
Comes with a window and 3 door variations (single glass, single screen, glass with opened screen).
A sofa, loveseat and extra-wide armchair, plus a refurbished EA armchair
So I've looked in the game, and did you know that across the SIXTY FIVE packs currently available for The Simsโข 4, there are, in my opinion, only EIGHT* sofas that look both: moderately comfortable, and modest aesthetically. Of those eight, only two come with a matching loveseat and armchair. When I saw 'The Best Seat in the House' in EA's newest Basement Treasures kit, I was overcome with a sense of urgency. We can have a ninth comfy, modest-looking sofa set. And here it is! I've cleaned up the textures, and doubled and tripled that original armchair to present to you all, now, a sofa set. I'm a little emo because it looks pretty much identical to the sofa I am sat on right now, and I can confirm that I am VERY comfortable right now. Anyway more pics and D/L link below!!

The extra-wide armchair is a mesh edit of the original armchair to be a bit wider so it matches the sofa and loveseat a bit better (comparison picture below)

I love the new Basement Treasures Kit, but I was a little disappointed this nice floor console was non-functional. But there's Good News! Now it's functional and base game compatible ;D I also added back the little flap that's Maxis Designed but forgot to implement for some reason and cleaned up the texture and added 12 new BRAND NEW SHINY swatches!
