we've recently been dealing with a lot of dizziness and nausea, especially after being up for an extended period of time

Dream recently put together that its probably the lack of food and water thats making us feel like such shit. one "partner" encouraged the habit, another is trying to help us break it.

it makes us sleepier, zone out and dissociate more, and just not want to exist
