i tagged my post as transmedicalism because i believe in moderate transmedicalism. you need dysphoria (and the desire to medically transition) to be trans. this does not exclude a) people who want to medically transition but can't and b) people who may not want bottom surgery due to its drawbacks, from being trans. i also believe transsexualism is a medical condition (neurobiological) and not an "identity." i do not believe in medical gatekeeping.
