today I logged into my tumblr for the first time in two years and I what I saw made me cry. It’s so fascinating how in such little time, so much can change. Two years ago, I was a depressed pre-teen, sad about my weight, my height, my face, my everything. I just wanted to cut myself and end it all. Today, my appearance is almost the same, but so much has changed. I stopped caring about what others thought about me and worrying about strenghtening my mental health. Today, and even though I still care about how I look, I’m a happier person. I left behind all those “friends” who weren’t really my friends after all, I established friendships that I’m going to carry for the rest of my life and I am my most confident self.
